Sven Sievert, born 1982, studied law at the University of Hamburg and finished the First State Examination in 2008. From 2004, on he worked at the Max-Planck-Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, first as a student assistant and later as a research assistant. After the legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg he graduated in 2015 with the Second State Exam. Since April 2015, he has been working as counsel in the notaries' office Ballindamm.
